Memorial Gifts:
Those who have passed away remain forever in our hearts. As a way to remember those so dear, we invite
you to honor them with a Hospice of the Plains memorial donation. The honoree's family will also
receive a letter notifying them of your donation in memory of their loved one.
Planned Giving:
Many Hospice friends who are unable to make donations during their lifetime may make major
contributions through a thoughtful, well-planned bequest.
There are many ways to make a donation, which is 100% tax deductible. Cash, check, stock,
securities, real estate, life insurance policy or personal property may all be given as a gift
that could offer many advantages to the one donating. Visit with your accountant, financial
planner or attorney to determine the planned giving opportunity which will benefit you the most.
Thank you for helping us in providing quality
end-of-life care for the patients and families we serve.
