THINGS WE LIKE DO TO	

READING - We primarily read, Science Fiction , Historic and/or Epic Novels.
The authors we like are Anne McCraffrey, Edgar Rice Burroughs, Michael Crichton, 
Clive Cussler, Isaac Asimov, James Michener, John Jakes, Jean M Auel, 
and W Michael Gear.

COMPUTERS - This is Jim's specialty, not Jan's. He loves to use them as well 
as tinker with them. He is always setting one up for someone or building one from 
scratch.  Jan does use their computer to auction items, construct newsletters, 
compile genealogy, and email family members.  However, this website was not 
set up by either one of them.  Our oldest son Eric, is the brains behind this and 
other websites.

COUNTED CROSS STITCH - You guessed it, this is Jan's favorite 'thing to do'. S
he enjoys cross stitching just about anything. She's stitched afghan, bookmarks, 
samplers, even 16x20 pictures of the Rocky Mountains in Colorado.

GENEALOGY - We both like genealogy.  Jan, however, spends a lot more time 
researching and compiling info.  Her father got her interested in searching for his 
randfather when she was in high school.  Since then she has successfully found 
the roots of  several of our family surnames, with the exception of her great-grandfather, 
Charles Wesley Hays. 

CHAKOTA "KODY" HOPE FALCONBURG - Yes! This is our most precious interest 
and past-time.  Our granddaughter, who is at this time 4 years old and in pre-school.
